Terms and Conditions for The Oven House and The Granary at the Old Bakery, Crieff

Please read the following terms and conditions of let and ask for an explanation of any points that may be unclear.

1. Normal period of let is Saturday to Saturday, entry 4pm and departure 10am. Short term lets can sometimes be arranged by prior agreement.
2. A firm booking will be made on receipt of a 25% deposit of the total rental and completion of a booking form. The balance will become due 4 weeks prior to entry.
3. In the event of a cancellation any monies paid will be refunded if the property can be relet, minus a £20 administration fee. The visitor is responsible for their own holiday cancellation insurance as the owner provides no such insurance.
4. No sub letting of the property is permitted.
5. The person who signs the booking form will be responsible for any loss or damage to the property and its contents.
6. The property should be left in a clean and tidy state and any breakages should be reported immediately.
7. Pets and smoking are not permitted in the property.
8. If for any reason the property is not available on the dates booked due to reasons outwith our control, we will attempt to find suitable alternative accommodation.If this is not available/suitable then all sums paid will be refunded. We can have no further liability beyond this.
